  • Maintain a safe distance. Try to stay away while coughing or sneezing.
  • Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth while treating them.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with your elbow bent or a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw it immediately into dustbin and later try to dispose it properly.

Follow the guidelines of your local health specialist.

  • Stay home if you feel unwell.
  • If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately or Call in advance.
  • Avoid unneeded visits to you family members. Only you can allow the healthcare systems to operate and protect you and others.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched shells, slides, surface daily. This may alsoinclude tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
  • If surfaces are dirty, clean them. Use detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection.
  • Then, use a household disinfectant.
